I think good both,first you must control your breath,and some kind of yoga you must slowly breath or fast breath,and halp you muscles your bodo,cure your body,another is you mine,yoga can relax your mine,stronger your body too.
It's good for both.I had tried it,too.and I love to do it but I don't have time.I think yoga we need serious practicing.I’ve never practiced this well but if I have time I will try it again.
I agree with Ploy,yoga is so good for healthy because 2 years ago,I had the problem in my back(backache),myfriend advice take a yoga. Now my back is better.I think if you have enough time you should try it.
